Tips for Online Ordering
We have put together some tips to help resolve some common online ordering problems.

How do I change my password?
Click on "Edit my details" and enter a new password in the space provided, and again in the "confirm password" box.
I can't find a product—does this mean you don't sell it anymore?
Don't give up. If you have tried searching for the product by entering a single word search term in the Product Search window and pressing Enter, go to your checkout page. There is another Product Search window.
If you have the code of the product, try entering it here and press Enter to Search. If it is still not there, please call us on 07 3217 0938 and speak to a customer service representative.
I ordered a product last month—how do I order it again?
In the "Customer Tools Section" you will see "Product Order History". This has product codes of previous orders. Simply enter the quantity required next to the product.
If the product is not shown in your Product Order History, find your product by using the search function to add it to your cart. Next time you order, it will be on the list.
How do I choose the order of products on my invoice?
We are able to customise the list order of products on your invoice. To find out more, click here.
How do I know you have received my order?
A confirmation will be emailed to you immediately after you have completed your order.
What if I make a mistake with my online order?
If you have any additions or corrections, please call 07 3859 2950 to correct the mistake immediately.
Can I save my order?
You can leave your order and log in later. Your cart will have the products you have added to it.
